We pride ourselves on our ability to get out quickly to some of our most important customers, Realtors. We know that having a professional inspection is an important part of every real estate transaction. Most Home Inspectors do a brief inspection of the chimney and fireplace but do not go into the inner workings or look at things that may be hidden.
We provide a detailed report to ensure your buyer is knowledgeable on any repairs that may be needed and what they can expect them to cost. Both reports are emailed same day to your buyer and the buyers agent. We also go over in person with the agent all recommendations and any code or safety issues.
